Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, NVUS Hearts offers a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on next steps.

Please note:

  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nvushearts.com, and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items (if applicable)

If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, reach out before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please complete a return (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.


International Orders (European Union)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@nvushearts.com.
