Shipping Information

We currently ship to customers within the United States and select international destinations.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If tracking information hasn’t updated yet, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to reflect movement.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

NVUS Hearts is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if a package appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
